This is the story of Gibson who is noted as the World’s Tallest Dog.  He stands on all paws at 4 feet tall and stretches to 7 feet tall on his back two.

His owner noticed swelling on his front paw awhile back.  Tests were done and he was diagnosed with bone cancer.  His leg was amputated.
